We are  fully insured and CRB-checked. We will provide the best service we can, and feel sure that you will be happy with the level of care we offer. We will meet with you before making any firm agreements so that both parties can feel certain of the decision.

Once a booking is confirmed, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost.

We charge double rates Christmas and New Year.

Food, medication and vet bills are covered by the owner.

All pets that board with us must be up-to-date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked dates are liable to a charge of 50% of the total cost.
